The new e-cigarette law in Singapore came into effect on September 1st. How was the situation in the first week? Let's find out together:

First-week results: 232 people were investigated nationwide, 32 were involved in "zombie smoke cartridges", and 14 tested positive.

Consumption: Mandatory detoxification for 6 months, and at least 1 year in prison for repeat offenders.
Sale, distribution, and import: Up to 20 years in prison + caning.

17 people have voluntarily accepted detoxification counseling, and 21 people have signed up for the "I Quit" detoxification program.
