The new e-cigarette law in Singapore came into effect on September 1st. How was the situation in the first week? Let's find out together:
Starting from September 1st, etomidate has been officially classified as a Class C drug, and possession of it is a criminal offense.
First-week results: 232 people were investigated nationwide, 32 were involved in "zombie smoke cartridges", and 14 tested positive.

Consumption: Mandatory detoxification for 6 months, and at least 1 year in prison for repeat offenders.
Sale, distribution, and import: Up to 20 years in prison + caning.

17 people have voluntarily accepted detoxification counseling, and 21 people have signed up for the "I Quit" detoxification program.

During the 5-week "Bin the Vape" campaign, 6,000 electronic cigarettes were recycled. Border and social service institutions' recycling bins remain open. Reminder:
Don't touch electronic cigarettes, especially the "zombie cartridges"; if you are addicted, quit as soon as possible for safety! The Prime Minister of Singapore has clearly stated that they will crack down severely on electronic cigarettes. Singapore's actions show that the government is serious.
